Nancy Ross is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex emotional and relational challenges. She specializes in family systems, chemical dependency, work-family dynamics, conflict resolution, and couples therapy. Through her “Family Renewal” weekend workshops and mediation services, Nancy has focused on healing fractured family relationships and resolving difficult intra-family conflicts.

A founding member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Nancy is also a member of Collaborative Practice California, where she received the prestigious Eureka Award for excellence in practice. She serves on the executive board of Collaborative Practice Silicon Valley and co-created the Interdisciplinary Collaborative Divorce model, now adopted by over 5,000 professionals in 24 countries. Nancy has trained practitioners in this approach both across the United States and internationally.

Currently, she collaborates with trust and estate lawyers and financial specialists as a Communication Specialist, guiding families through sensitive discussions about relationships and inheritance. As a family mediator, Nancy brings the same expertise to help rebuild connections in what can seem like irreparable relationships.

Her latest project, Forum for Understanding, is a community service initiative designed to bridge divides on contentious issues. By fostering respectful dialogue on topics that inspire passionate disagreement, Nancy aims to help her community reconnect despite their differing beliefs.
